For maximum weight loss: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with 8-10 oz of water at least 30 minutes prior to breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For weight maintenance: Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with 8-10 oz water at least 30 minutes prior to breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Control does not contain caffeine or any other type of stimulants. 

One bottle will last 30 days for weight loss, and 60 days for weight maintenance.

Control is designed so that it can be taken for long periods of time without a break. Once you have achieved your desired weight, there is no reason why you should put it back on after discontinuing use. However, if your diet or exercise plan changes and you do start to put weight back on, we recommend taking control for weight management to help ensure your weight loss doesn't reverse.*
