Shipping is free for all orders. There is no minimum order quantity or price to qualify for free shipping.
Orders placed on our website are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday via USPS. Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 48-72 business hours for the tracking to update. Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 1-2 business days for items that are in stock. This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time. Please note that processing times may be longer on weekends or U.S. holidays, or for larger orders, international orders, orders that require additional customer information, or out-of-stock items. DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
At IQ Supplement Labs, we take great care to ensure that all orders are shipped safely and securely to ensure their safe arrival at their destination. If for any reason this is not the case, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Each case is treated individually and we will do our best to find a satisfactory resolution. If you believe that an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us and we will investigate the issue. To prevent fraudulent claims, we document and photograph all orders before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged item or discover that something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily send out a replacement at no additional cost to you, but please make sure to notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. RETURN POLICY*
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your first order. If it is not a first time order we will gladly accept returns within 10 days from the time of purchase. This policy only applies to products that are unopened with the seal intact. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping fees incurred to complete the return process. Returns are very easy. The return process is as follows:
1) Email us at info@IQSupplementLabs.com to notify us of your return and the reasons for the return. (Along with your name, address, and order number)
2) Once you have received return confirmation from IQ Supplement Labs Please ensure the following
- Use a tracked delivery service as may not be able to process the refund if your items being returned are lost in the mail.
- Include the following info along with your returned items
-Name, Address, and Order Number
-Along with all unopened supplements, please ensure the seal is intact on the supplement, otherwise we may not be able to process the return.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we have received your product for your refund, refund will be processed minus a $15 Shipping/Handling and Processing fee.
