Been taking these for a week. If used correctly they do work. Don't expect results if not changing eating habits. Also drink plenty of water, will see better results. Also have to use eating self-control.

This supplement has been great for my weight loss goals that I brought with me into the new year. Sometimes New Years Resolutions go by the wayside, but this has really helped me cut back on eating as much.I would recommend this product to anyone who needs help with weight loss!
I love these! I take them to maintain my weight, and I follow the directions on the bottle. I work from home so was looking for something so I didn't snack all day and this is definitely it! I don't have the desire to snack and when I do eat I notice I eat a lot less. This def helped with my bloating as well.
I love this CONTROL product. It does exactly what it advertises.
