Been taking these for a week. If used correctly they do work. Don't expect results if not changing eating habits. Also drink plenty of water, will see better results. Also have to use eating self-control.
This supplement has been great for my weight loss goals that I brought with me into the new year. Sometimes New Years Resolutions go by the wayside, but this has really helped me cut back on eating as much.I would recommend this product to anyone who needs help with weight loss!
