I love these! I take them to maintain my weight, and I follow the directions on the bottle. I work from home so was looking for something so I didn't snack all day and this is definitely it! I don't have the desire to snack and when I do eat I notice I eat a lot less. This def helped with my bloating as well.

I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I felt a reduction in hunger, I feel less bloating, but sometimes I forget to take it so I believe that if I take 2 capsules 3 times a day and eat clean the results will be better! !! I will continue using this product for longer to see a better result!!!

So I have a huge appetite. Within the first day of taking this I noticed it really helps suppress hunger and cravings. It doesnt take the hunger away completely but it helped keep it to a level in which I could control giving in to temptation of snacking and holding off eating before a healthy meal. I recommend this for sure.
